Script for 2 min company advert

I am looking at filming a short 2 min film about my business.

We are a small family run estate agency, with just 5 agents, we are located on a old farm (now a business park) and want to come up with a short informative film about "who we are" and "what we do"

BUT.

we arent your usual agents.

We focus on property marketing and take a much more relaxed approach to the whole process.

I am looking for someone's help to come up with a script that i can then work on filming.

Things i want to include within the film are

Our values - Family, Flexibility and creativity.
Client care - we work one-to-one with clients
Enjoyment - part of our motto is 'professional but fun'
Local - where we are
The office - where the office is with some short clips showing the office off.
Awards - we have won some awards but i want to include this in a tongue in cheek kind of way not a "look how great we are".

there is 4 of us willing to go onto the film, but i would mainly like to have me as the "main role" and the other 3 as extra's or smaller parts (as its my business)

I mainly film out properties so i have the equipment to film this, i just need the script that we can work to so we have a flow to follow (along with some ideas on what to do/include) basically a full script and storyboard.

I need someone from the UK so they have a understanding on the UK property market and i would like some good humour within the script following our whole "fun but professional thing"

i like to explain it as, we like to have a laugh, while getting the job done. its not all suits and ties.
