Sales Strategy (write-up within business plan) Real Estate

I am searching for a person that has Sales experience and perfect writing skils. We have a general business plan in place for a new development in Saudi Arabia and looking to develop and sell off-plan from the launch. The document is simply a sales strategy for the development and also an implementation plan.

The bidder is requested to have sales experience and knowledge of the Saudi real estate market. The document is to be done within 3 days at the max and so swift clear writing is to take place. I would be able to go through a number of information with the winning bidder, though it would be of a confidential nature.

We have plenty of these strategies every month and so I would like to be able to identify a bidder for future work as well. The bid will close within 1 day even though PPH would keep it open for 7 days.

The document is roughly 10 to 15 pages as it is vital that it is clear and straight to the point. This is an action document where it will be taken and simply put into action.
