Sales Letter

We are an import company and we are looking for a one page sales letter to a high street retailer. We want to offer them 6 different varieties of glue so would like to give them some information about the product and that we will send samples under separate cover. We also want to discuss why they should stock our product e.g. it is an everyday product, impulse buy and at very competitive prices which gives them a good profit markup. I can give you further information once we decide to go ahead.
Do you write effective sales letters of this kind to get us a meeting? Also how much would such a letter cost?
