Letter 1 going directly to the business owner
Business owners that are facing the very strong possibility of a repossession of there assets the premises of there business or any property including possibly residential home. we are looking for a carefully scripted letter briefly explaining that we have been made aware of their situation due to public records and we are in a position to help due to our many years of experience and that we have buyers looking for such properties and are able to move quickly as in many cases they are cash buyers.
Letters 2 and 3 will be left at the premises enclosed in our brochure to be then handed out by staff as and when required.
When you lose a family member, after illness, or after many years in care, it can be very difficult to deal with the sale of any possessions that relative may have left behind, none more so than the organising the selling any property that they may have had. Therefore we want to bring our company to their attention with a carefully worded letter. That we can help them as for a number of reasons the surviving members may not wish to deal with as it too upsetting, or geographical its too far to oversee, have too many other matters to attend too, have never organised the selling of a property before, or simply they are looking for a quick sale and solution. Our company has many years experience in this area and has been dealing with such situations for many years involving families and individuals.
