I am writing a letter outlining a series of events which happened a few years ago. They were unfortunately unfavourable for my employer at the time, but I am in no way obliged to be accountable for the owners' losses. A few years later and I am still receiving the odd intimidation tactic via the phone. The letter includes a few civil and FCA laws stipulating my rights, but I would like someone with a legal background to go over this for me.
