Read and comment on content

I have six chapters - 26,000 words of a sci fi novel, which I'd like someone to read and comment / critique upon. I'm not looking for proofreading or editing - unless there are obvious plot holes which I would appreciate knowing about.

This is merely reading and highlighting improvements to storyline, plus constructive feedback, negative or positive.

Please give indication of turnaround time and price.
