Need a Speech converted to an "Emotive Gut Wrenching" article about corporate Article

I need a writer that can really make you FEEL the material they are writing about- that can bring out a feeling of empathy in our readers, that can turn that feeling into interest to join our organization, to attend our events, to engage in our world.

A bit of background....We are the only Membership Association in the world of Business Forecasting, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Demand Planning. (Check out our rather old but soon to be a shiny new website - www.ibf.org)

Our members, live through days of fighting corporate battles in their companies and analyzing data in order to make the company bottom line more efficient. Someone once said that in this industry, "We are paid to get it wrong"!

In other words, we help the company forecast how much to produce, how much to distribute and where to send it and if we get it wrong (too much inventory left) , the company struggles and if we get it wrong ( everything sold out) , the company struggles....

We host events to help with the struggle. We talk about getting the numbers right but we also talk about the battle to be heard, to work in collaboration across corporate defense lines in order to get the numbers right and its the latter I want to focus on in this challenge.

One of our rising stars in the industry gave a keynote speech at one of our events last October. She talked about the numbers battle, but more about the battle to get her company execs to listen -to believe in the numbers, and in the process....to give the process a chance ......

I also read this article about a speech given by a school principle about the "School to Prison Pipeline" (Attached) and how everyone in the school system needs to take ownership- it was a gut wrenching, emotional thump for folks in their industry.

I want that emotional THUMP out of this Speech given at our Event - Can you do it?

I would like an article about 3-4 pages long about this speech that evokes that feeling. It needs to have some technical depth too.

I also want a 1 page Blog and an Abstract Summary to be used for Emails/ Blog and possibly some headers to promote the article on Twitter and Facebook as part of the Submission.
