Need a formal letter for estate agent regarding the deposit

I am looking for a qualified solicitor or paralegal to draft a letter for me asking for deposit back which I paid back in March to rent a property. I didn't signed any lease or documents. I simply don't agree with the lease terms &conditions and personal reasons things have changed.
Need to write me a strong letter stating that I have checked with all three tenant deposit protection companies which are - Deposit Protection service ,MyDeposits ,Tenancy Deposit Scheme that my deposit has not been protected. It's illegal to withhold deposit for more then 30 days. I want to give the agent another 7 days to respond before I take the matters to county court and the property Ombudsman.
