Job application letter

I am applying for the role of Pastoral Leader in a high school in which I have been working for nearly 3 years in a "Cover Supervisor" role. I have to put this in writing.

I am looking for someone with excellent job application writing skills to devise me a letter that will hopefull get me to the interview stage. I will provide you with as much information about the role, and of course about myself that will help you in this task.
