Instructional Designer

I am looking for several Instructional Designers for ad-hoc work for several clients in the defence sector. Applicants must have a detailed working knowledge of DSAT. Typically assignments last for a minimum of 5 days, with about 50% of that time on the client site. The work involves reviewing instructor led training courses and carrying out methods and media analysis on these courses. The output from this is normally a number of recommendations around training delivery which might include developing some e-learning or CBT. Most of my work is sensitive and often covered under the official secrets act. Any potential applicant would need to a UK national, have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years and would be subject to a detailed security screening process.
