Extra notes: We get lots of enquiries for our studios - www.marinastudioskefalonia.gr Many of them are long term, i.e 3 months or more before arrival, some are medium and the remainder just plain desperate (these are the ones who will have sent a round robin request to half a dozen studio complexes they have found on the Owners Direct website where we advertise).
What we want to do is
a. Where we have availability to respond in such a way that there is no question but that they will book with us and moreover they are eager to pay the deposit to confirm the booking;
b. Where we do not have precise availability to encourage them to be flexible on dates so as to secure their booking as above.
c. Where we are recipients of a round robin letter to make sure they choose us!
By way of example here is one of our responses to a short term enquiry, which has come to nothing:
"Hi Louise
Thanks for your enquiry.
Yes, at present, we do have a studio available for your two weeks, starting on 16th August.
August is a great time to be visiting us. The pool and sea are nice and warm, the beach is busy but not crowded, the tavernas welcome you and the supermarkets are well stocked. So please come and be our guests!
We look forward to hearing from you.
With best wishes
