Ghost writer

Over the past 2 years I have been giving a number of seminars/workshops to horsey people. One seminar \"Open the stable door to the emotions of your horse\" gets rave reviews so I would now like to put the seminar into a book. I am therefore looking for a ghost writer who can help put that together. I am looking at about 160 - 200 pages with about 40% illustration or pics. The style should be informative but fun and easy to read and the back bone of the info will be research based - which I have - much of the information being a wow factor giving the reader information about their horse that is not common knowledge.
