Ghost Story Writer Fiction

I am looking for a ghost writer with a good understanding of Indian culture that can help write a fantasy adventure romcom. I already have a concept in mind. This person would need to work from my skeleton of an idea and add meat, flesh, soul and spirit to the idea. Must have experience in the genre and is also willing to do some research to bring the idea to life in a credible way. The idea involves poverty, bad luck, magic, power, revenge, love, corruption, deceit, twists and a happy ending. This story has to bewriiten with an Indian cultural leaning.
