French / English writer wanted for weekly publication with 'no bad news'

We are looking for someone to write our free weekly publication which is a 5 minute upbeat read with 'no bad news'. We currently only publish an English version but are looking to start a half French, half English edition as soon as possible. All articles will be bilingual and be similar to the current English edition which you can see at www.thesnippet.net . We have a brief outline of what we are looking for and any input / ideas would be good too. The see and be seen section is done by us.
