Feature film screenplay-script URGENT writer needed........

Hi i am looking to hire a good writer for a feature film script-screenplay.....
They must be flexible in working and also meet the deadline.... The screenplay will consist of nearly 100 pages. Non-experienced people are welcome as far as they can do the job perfectly.
ADDITIONAL NOTE:
the film will be shot in india and around europe. The genre of this is a mystery thriller. The film duration will be around 2 hours and 30 min maximum. I need to work one 2 one with the writer. If this is a successful one, then the writer may continue working with me in future projects with a higher salary...
