Email campaigns for my hypnotherapy

I require an experienced copywriter to develop creative and impactful email campaigns to promote my hypnotherapy practice. The ideal candidate will have proven experience crafting compelling content for direct marketing emails within a healthcare or wellness industry context.

The goal of these campaigns is to engage new clients and drive conversions to book appointments on my website. Each month I need 3 standalone email newsletters developed on different themes related to hypnotherapy and its benefits. Topics could include managing stress, improving sleep, boosting confidence, quitting smoking etc.

The newsletter templates should have an appealing and professional design with imagery. The copy itself needs to be persuasive yet sensitive, explaining how hypnotherapy can help address each theme in a relaxed, solution-focused tone. Testimonials and case studies from real patients may be included where possible to increase credibility and relatability.

Metrics like open and click-through rates will be used to measure performance. The specialist appointed will work within my brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive patient experience across all communication channels. Ongoing A/B split testing and analysis of analytics will allow optimizing future campaigns for higher response.

This is an ongoing monthly contract role. The successful candidate must have the skills and creativity and work independently to develop high-quality content on tight deadlines. Experience in healthcare marketing and copywriting for hypnotherapy will be valued highly during the selection
