CV plus...

I am looking for someone to develop a first-class value proposition for me. I'm in a senior position and looking to move to the next level...to the c-suite. This would include a CV but is much more than that...I want to develop a clear value proposition and the collateral to present my story in a compelling way. If I can connect with the right person then this could be as much about personal branding...I'm really open to ideas. So, at an absolute minimum I need someone to write a solid CV, but ideas above and beyond this will make the difference.
