Creative Brief for Mailing - GR-ALL01

I am looking for someone who can create content for a lead generation mailing campaign for an IT Security Consultancy. Target Audience is Local UK Councils. The objective of the mailing is to grab the attention of the IT Security Manager with regard to the proposed personal penalties for Data Misue - which will be implemented by the Ministry of Justice on the 1st April 2010 - with a potential fine of £500K.

Mailing Copy for an A5 landscape 4 page mailer (and email broadcast)
Word Count: 500 words max - less if possible
Deadline: ASAP
