Complaint letter

I am originally from England, but currently living in NSW, Australia.

I know you are based over the other side of the world!() but would you consider writing me a short / concise letter of complaint for me here?

In a nutshell. I’d like to report a day care centre to the Authority that mistreated myself / my toddler and it eventuated with them kicking my child out with immediate effect.

To be honest, I have found another beautiful daycare, but I would like the Authority to be aware of this situation (and ideally investigate) so that it does not continue to affect other families who may be treated this way in the future. This situation all escalated from nothing really, so there’s not a lot of info but I will give a timeline of events. My daughter was only there for 6 months and this situation went from Zero to exclusion” within 3 months so hopefully this won’t take up too much of your time.

The daycares here need to follow a framework called NQF (https://www.aph.gov.au/About_Parliament/Parliamentary_Departments/Parliamentary_Library/pubs/rp/rp1415/Quick_Guides/ChildCare)

So basically this daycare did not follow this framework nor their own policies when managing this situation and I need to make the Authority aware of this because it doesn’t sit right with me.
