Please could you quote for each of these individually, so that if needed we
could pick and choose which ones we would want you to complete for us.

1. We require an information pack about our Company. Basically that says
what we do, how we work and why we are good. It would be sent to potential
customers to give them information about us and confidence in us.

2. A Welcome Pack - basically saying thanks for joining us and a list of
contact numbers for us in case they ever need anything. This would be sent
out with complimentary mouse mats which we already have.

3. A Re-Sign Letter. When we come to re-sign a customer we need some sort of generic letter that we can send out with their new contract.

4. Website. Our website needs re-wording. Most of this would come from the information pack I expect, but we just need the words to go on there, and with that we can update the rest of the site.

5. Charity email/flyer. What we are hoping to do is to send out
'something' to charities that would persuade them to change to us for the
supply of their calls and lines. The idea we have is that we essentially
want to help them with an incentive and reduce costs. In order to do this we
would put them on good rates and also give them a percentage of our
commission in the form of cashback (incentive). Obviously the higher tariff
we can keep their calls on, the more they would get in cashback, but we do
want to save them money so it is a balancing act.

hesitate to ask me. We are also open to any ideas, marketing or otherwise,
you may have. Our aim at this moment is to retain all our existing
customers and also try and get as many new landline and mobile customers as possible.

As we are only a small company, you will understand that our budget isnt that big. We dont have a specific price in mind as we do not know how long it will take you.
