A play debating transgender rights

Ghostwrite a 16000 word play debating transgender rights. Act1 - university authorities consider an application for an open meeting to be held on university property to discuss the way transgenders should be allowed/encouraged to participate in sports. The meeting is approved, subject to conditions, as part of a 'free speech on campus' policy. Act 2. A university official meets interested parties for a discussion about the wisdom of allow this meeting to go ahead. Act 3 ( after the meeting has taken place) a review of the free speech policy under which the event took place. (The writer can make assumptions about local laws and police policy.) . Applicants will need to show some experience in creative writing. They are encouraged to make some comments about the task in their applications. A milestone for each act written.
