A day in a life of our customer

Hi All,

I need a case-study sort of doc writing with the title above. I've put it under creative writing as I don't want the usual, I want something that talks to people on the level.

We are a removal company operating in London and there is no way moving day is an easy stress free day and I want this doc to reflect it. I want it to be;

Real:
First of Murphy's law is: Anything that can go wrong will go wrong and moving a house is no different but we good at what we do and we been doing it for quite some time now

Funny:
I don't want another text that lies about the interaction between service providers and their clients, there are so many times during a moving day where both sides want to kill the other but its cool, we get how traumatic this can be and I want to present some of the possible issues in a funny light, like how you would see it if you standing on the side.

I need this work done asap
