4000 word guide to Lincolnshire

I need someone to write a 4000 word guide on Lincolnshire which will appear in a travel book.

The guide needs a general introduction which describes what Lincolnshire has to offer and why it is worth visiting.

It should then go on to include a list of interesting sights, landmarks or events for the region. It is for a quality guide so think about places that are in some way quite remarkable and which will appeal to the discerning traveller. Offer a brief review of the event or sight and any interesting background information (e.g. history or natural history). The guide also needs to include unique places to stay - Choose only quality or highly individual places to stay. you will start with a description of the venue which includes information on the setting and any unique selling points.
For each place you will need to list address, tel, e-mail, website and approx rates. Include other information such as formal/informal, child friendly, dog friendly, disabled access, parking, local produce, swimming pool, Spa, Cinema, Gym, Crèche, WiFi etc.
