Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Overview: diet plan to give a weight-loss promise across three weeks (no more than 10lbs in 21 days) PLUS be nutritious enough to sustain a regular exercise programme (at least 3-4 times a week of cardio and/plus one strength training session). Calorie count must not go below 1200 per day ideally.
Please supply 6-7 breakfast options, one of which has a full recipe – we will source stock image (e.g. XXg porridge oats with half milk, half water, topped with berries and sweetened with 1 tsp honey)
Please supply 6-7 lunch options, one of which has a full recipe – we will source stock image (e.g. large salad (mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, grated carrot) with sliced, grilled chicken breast and fat-free salad)
Please supply 6-7 dinner options, one of which has a full recipe – we will source stock image (e.g. Grill one salmon fillet topped with low-fat cream cheese and serve with a handful of green beans and over-roasted tomatoes)
Please supply 6-7 snack options (e.g. oatcakes, fruit, cereal bars etc)
Please supply a list of rules on how to follow the diet plan (include any ref to exercise, staying hydrated, milk/fat allowances etc).
Please supply a short intro on how the plan works/overview – 150 wds max.
