Write a research paper

I need to put together a 1200-word research paper as part of my application for a PhD program.
Only bids from people who have experience of writing papers of this type and length will be considered.
The topic is: Infrastructural Development in the Third World
I have a general wire frame available, which will contain some of the detail to be included, and the writer will need to:

%u2022 Conduct further research to flesh out the frame and bring it to 1200 words
%u2022 Polish the content that is already there
%u2022 Edit the whole paper to check for factual and linguistic accuracy.

The time frame for delivery of this project (including at least one revision) is two weeks/fourteen days.
