Website copy

We are a niche consulting firm, located in Belgium. We urgently need a professional copywriter to help with a job to review and rewrite our website copy (www.devenyn.be).
It is essential you are very familiar with copy for consulting / services.

We had a good consultant helping us tweak this copy until now, but due to a personal matter (loss in his family) he cannot continue for now. So we want a replacement ASAP. The consultant did start very recently and did some work on 2 pages already (see docs attached). So we already have an understanding of what is not ok, and how we want it changed.

The 4 main pages (intro, about us, services, values) need to be rewritten. Other pages (like expertise) are out of scope for now. You do need to read through all pages to understand what we do.

In attachment, you can find 3 documents. One explaining what we do and who we work for and how we work. One with bullets differentiating what we stand for (final version and will be used on first page). One intermediate intro text – needs rework.

The job needs to start asap, as the tweaked website copy is a prerequisite for other projects we want to start asap (email marketing, telemarketing). After this initial scope we want to work on various email newsletters, and some other pages/sites. There is more work - we look for an ongoing working relationship.

Please estimate the work it takes to rewrite the pages and by when. I’m looking forward to your bid.
