Web copy for potential franchisees

We are moving in the direction of franchising our kids parties. But before doing so we'd like to create a web page on our site to explain more about the potential possibility which will hopefully entice people to contact us for more info. It's more of a test page, just to see if there is a market for what we are offering.
I have made some bullet points on the certain messages I want the page to say but I need some help on putting it all into web copy
