URGENT : RECIPE WRITING

We have an immediate need for food writers capable of delivering 150 recipes each within the next 7 days. (Deadline 8th June 2012)


We are looking for a reliable proven and experienced food writer to work with our existing freelancers on the creation of accurate but simple recipes that work.

We run a photographic library specialising in food and drink photography and our clients (publishers) require us to supply a recipe for the images they are licensing from us.

This will require the writer to be able to come up with a recipe that accurately represents the dish shown in the image the client has selected.Image references will be supplied to winning bidders.

Each writer MUST commit to being able to generate 150 recipes in the next 7 days due to non-negotiable client deadlines.

Recipes typically take 15 minutes per image, and we have a set rate of £5 per recipe.

All recipes will need to be written in English, with measurements in imperial, metric and US cups. Please see attached examples. Some recipes will, where indicated require a 2 - 3 line variation added to the bottom of each recipe to give the reader an alternative. This will be things like "Add zest of a lime to the mixture to increase the tanginess of the recipe"
