Three Short Overviews/Introductions

Hi, i need a short (300 word) overview on EU Merger Control, Employee Share Plans and Cross Border Dealmaking, as three seperate introductions. These will be used as introductions to features on the above mentioned subjects.

EU Merger Control - A simple overview with a mention of the new legislation coming into play this month that affects SME and mid market businesses. The information should be easy to find on Google.

Cross Border Dealmaking - Overview and mention of any current trends within the market.

Employee Share Plans - Overview and mention of the importance of setting up employee share plans for multinational businesses.
