The goal is to have the Realtors request that their clients ( Buyers) submit an application with us ( Journey Financial ) regardless if they choose to submit their loan application with another lender that they know or prefer to use.
One of this issues we see in the market place for realtors is that buyers are easily able to get pre-approval letters from their lenders without the lender doing any kind of true evalutaion of the proposed client as these pre approval letters are non binding........ So the Realtor goes through the entire process with the buyer based on this pre-approval letter from the buyers lender, takes the house off the market only to find out at the end of the process that the buyer cant get the loan due to some issues....
Our goal is to help eliminate this problem for the realtor – by having the realtor request that all buyers submit an application for their loan to their prefered lender ( which is us ) as well as whom ever else they choice to if they so choose..... We will be providing this as a service to the realtor so that we can give them a fast and true indication of whether this person actually qualifies for the loan they looking for or not.
Regardless if the buyer chooses to go with us or not the realtor will at least know if they have a real buyer that qualifies or just a buyer that is hoping that he qualifies.
This way the realtor can choose to keep the house on the market should we advise them that we do not believe this client can qualify for the loan......This saves them time and money because they can keep backup offers and avoid spinning their wheels......
Because we are a direct lender – meaning we lend our own capital – if the client cant qualify with us, it is very unlikely that they will be able to qualify PERIOD!!!!!!!!
