Rewrite 207 Hotel Descriptions in a 'Laddish' tone

We require someone to rewrite 207 hotel descriptions for our website www.ladsholiday.com. We're not looking for an expert writer, i've done a few of these myself an i'm by no means an English graduate! It's quite easy to knock one of these up in 5mins, we're not expecting word perfect stuff here, just getting the point across, with a bit of banter thrown in.

-The style that it's written in will appeal to our target audience, typically 17-22yr old males.
-Each description should be 100-120ish words
-We'll provide a list of keywords to drop in if at all possible for SEO purposes
-You'll be provided with a resort description also so you can add little bits if you feel necessary, there'll also be a chart with data such as distances, facilities etc that you can use.

Probably the best way to show you is an example:

And come up with something like:

It's quite a small complex with around 10 apartments split over 2 floors, which offer clean and comfortable accomodation in Studios for 2 people or Apartments for 2-4 people. You have use of a decent pool. The owners are pretty chilled out, and take pride in running the hotel, they'll probably welcome you and your group with a 'Raki' or two.. In summary clean and simple somewhere to simply get your head down and laze by the pool after an awesome night out!"
