In order to demonstrate your knowledge of health and social policy and clinical governance and the impact these have on the management of care (Learning outcome 3) you are required to write a reflective account on a clinical intervention that you were involved in during practice experience 3 or 4. You will use an adapted version of Driscoll%u2019s (2002) What? model of structured reflection as a framework for your reflective account.

Identify an intervention that you have been involved in during practice experience 3 or 4, e.g.

%u2022 with a service user who has taken an overdose
%u2022 with a service user who has experienced an epileptic seizure
%u2022 with a child who needs naso-gastric feeding
