Re-write a buiness/invitation letter to select freelancers.

We are in the process of setting up a translation/writing website and are in need of a letter of invitation asking select translators to be a part of our freelance network.

A primary letter has been written but I would like a professional writer to after further discussion re-write a better scripted letter outlining our key points and basically to sell the idea to the candidates in question.
