Re-word competitor's info

I have developed a SEER Rate Calculator to be used in determining the energy savings by switching to a more efficient Air Conditioner system.

The goal is to attract home owners to the website so that they can see our advertisers link. The primary goal is to attract Air Conditioner business owners to the website so we can let them know that our calculator is available for their use in exchange for a subscription payment. (we will also provide them banner ads on our website as the example competitor does.)

Our competitor has most of the wording already figured out on their site. I am looking for someone who can do a little research on the Air Conditioning industry and SEER ratings in particular, read our competitor's website and write a similar but unique website for us.

Try to keep it keyword rich; seer savings, seer calculator, seer savings calculator, etc, etc.
