Proof-reading for research proposal

I am currently writing an academic research proposal of about 13,000 words. The proposal consists of two parts and the second part duplicates a lot of the material from the first part.

The proposal should be proof-read for typos and grammar but no need to check references.

The person should be an experienced proof-reader for academic research in the social sciences and an English language native speaker.

The turn around time should be fairly quick as the deadline is next week (23 November) and I would need some more days to finalise the proposal before I can send it.
