Manuscript editor / proofreader

I am looking for an editor/proofreader for a manuscript of approximately 36,000 (3,000 of which has already been edited).

The subject is speaking and communication skills.

The work is in first draft stage which means that some of the content may not flow as well as it should and there are likely to be mistakes.

I need someone who can not only proofread the content for spelling mistakes, grammar errors and typos, but also edit the work - making corrections to the copy and changes where required, including moving around sentences and paragraphs if necessary.

You must have a good command of English.
