HR Copy Writer - Personal Development Plan

I have a sketch personal development plan which I need revised to use HR type language such as your learning journey etc. I also require copy to suggest a little more on continuing learning journey - e.g. the skills you still feel need further development, how do you see this happening - another course, work based experience, in-house courses - its fairly generic 2 x A4 pages. This assignment suits a HR professional with copy writing / creative writing skills
