Copy written for online apartment ads

Residential property management company looking to hire someone to write classified ads for our available apartment rentals. Must write a header, and advertising copy for each unit type for all of our buildings. There will be 88 unique ads in total. Looking for a strong communicator and copywriter who can present our competitive advantages into well-articulated classified ads. Will stress our apartment features and benefits along with compelling call to action phrases. Knowledge of the residential real estate industry is a plus.
