Copy writer required for a community/planning website for Milton Keynes. While the website is being established a series of local news / history / information style articles/blog entries are required.
The focus of the site is to provide a forum for discussion of the past but mainly future development of Milton Keynes. Its outlook is generally pro development but anti conventional planning received wisdom. That said the site is open for all views and opinions and balanced journalism expected.
Content will be in a mixed for of blog entries and articles and therefore styles. The content must be factual and will require some research.
The requirement:
12 more informal bog style postings of approximately 250 words each. (1 a week).
6 more formal articles of approximately 500 words each (quality newspaper style, writing must be factual and researched).
The writer must be able to write positively about Milton Keynes (the site is aimed at people who like Milton Keynes). They must be engaging and exciting in their style.
The writer must be self starting, able to create content and article proposals without prompting based on the following over arching subjects:
