Copy for Direct Response Letter

My company provides Crazy Sand fundraising kits that Schools/Charities use for Fundraising at their events. Recently i have noticed that a couple of Animal Charities (Animal Sanctuary and Animal Research Charity) have been buying our fundraising kits to raise funds for their good cause. As a result i would like to target animal sanctuaries and animal rescue centres with a letter outlining the benefits of fundraising with our products.

The Job: Write a direct response letter which is targeted to Animal Sanctuaries/Rescue centers about our fundraising packages and the benefits, with call to action. Copy to be interesting, creative, engaging, compelling, dynamic, 250 to 350 words, single sided letter.
Objective to gain as much interest as possible how these products could benefit them, and raise funds for their Animal Charity. Overall the aim is to gain the maximum response from these prospective customers and convert these into sales.
We are looking for a highly gifted and creative person who has experience with direct mail response, can demonstrate previous work completed with measurable results.
