I am looking for the web content writer, in most cases needing to spin the text, thus requirying less investigative although higher grade writing, in some cases to perfect the already written.

Presently there are those tasks:

1. the website Construction Project portfolio case brief description, similar to http://www.olbc.co.uk/gallery.php, with following criteria:
1.1. around 300 words, roughly x10nos;
1.2. to match the text content to the photo description (link will be provided);
1.3 project particulars do not need filling, although have the template in place for us to fill;

2. The magasine page text, describing the Construction Project portfolio case, to go into our own print, similar to Home&Garden or any other magazine content describing the construction cases (this task is due upon providing the magasine page space template to you, as per 2.3. below):
2.1. around 600 words, roughly x10nos;
2.2. to match the text content to the photo description (link will be provided);
2.3. to approximate the content amount to the space given;

3. the full website content spinning (with some changes to be discussed), of such as http://www.ccscheme.org.uk, as per all menu headings, albeit excluding Ivor Goodsite.

With your reply please advise when a) you may deliver first two texts on task 1., b) complete all as per 1. and 2. tasks and c) rate per 300 words.
