Bidding for public sector projects

I would like to have a book/guide written, using my 15 years experience of bidding for contracts in the public sector/government. Not sure how big, 50-100 pages, maybe more. I can dictate, meet and chat forever, but struggle with the time needed to write properly. I would also like to develop perhaps one or two courses from this material.
This guide would be purchased by small businesses who would like to get their hands on some government/council type of work. It would also be useful for larger more sophisticated businesses that need to diversify. I could do the diagrams and some tables.
