Article re-writing/spinning

Hi there,
I am looking for someone to re-write or \'spin\' one version of an article into 2 other versions so that although it retains the same meaning paragraph by paragraph, it is changed enough for article syndication/submission.

I am not looking just for synonym replacement (I can get dozens of software which does this but the quality is poor) so am looking for a good quality article re-writing service. I can send examples of the re-writing/spinning I am looking for. Ideally I would like the service priced per article spin rather than per hour.
