Writing a patent application including claims and submission

I'm hoping you can help me with writing a patent application for a simple product idea, including claims. I'm not sure whether to register with the UKIPO or the European equivalent. Will registering with the EU need to be done in advance of BREXIT, and can you fit in this work before the end of October? I'm hoping you will be able to support with the application also.
I have noted your statement regarding NDAs and your registered status. Is it still the case that an NDA is not necessary?
