Writing a NGO Project for funding

We are looking for someone that has written projects that have been funded.

We are looking for someone to write a project to be tender for funding for us to fund our research project.

Please if you have never done this don't tender.

So what I want is this
1) a letter to the different companies asking for funding by highlighting the plight of cancer in Sierra Leone
2) A letter to different hospitals asking them to donate beds, cancer checking equipments, training, books nursing for cancer etc in this letter we have to highlight the plight of cancer in Sierra Leone.
3) A letter to pharmaceuticals about a potential to work together and to carry on their research in Sierra Leone.
4) A project proposal asking for funding for the identification and registration of cancer patients
5) A project proposal asking for the funding for a cancer awareness campaigns
