Writer needed to create project plan. Prior Project Management experience a huge plus.

Hi. I'm in need of a writer to create a project plan for my next project. The ideal candidate would have prior Project Management experience, including creating/revising mission and vision statements, creating goals and objectives statements, and previous experience with work breakdown structures(WBS).

The ideal candidate would also have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) so Native English is preferable.

The selected candidate, upon a review of the completed project plan, may be invited to manage the project from start to finish. A separate job posting would be created with a rate commensurate with the candidates skill level and my satisfaction of the project plan.
