Writer/blogger for entrepreneur and marketing site

I'm looking to find a writer/blogger that I can build a business relationship with. I would like to post at least one blog a week about business, entrepreneurship, marketing. Ideally someone who is familiar with this and someone who will stay with my company as it grows and thereafter. If you know press releases that's a bonus. Please let me know how much you would charge per article and hopefully it's a deal as it would be ongoing. I would love to make you apart of our company family.
