Need content for a web site that is highly specialized. The article will relate to ITIL and how a particular help desk product meets the requirements of ITIL. Author will need knowledge of ITIL, as well as experience writing web content with SEO in mind. Not a fairly long piece- probably between 500-1000 words.
The point of the article is to match up features of the software with ITIL Components to give readers assurances that our product can meet many of the requirements of ITIL.
Willing to work on hourly rate but would like an understanding of hours required based on description.
