Write TV Interview Questions

I want to conduct a TV interview with an incoming head of a professional association / organisation. I need interview questions created. A TV host will conduct the interview using these questions.
The Interview, once edited, will run for 30 mins. So, the number of questions should keep the conversation going for about an hour.
The questions should elicit:
1. The Interviewee’s vision for the organisation
2. His mission / immediate agenda for the organisation
3. How he intends to make to organisation fulfil / advance its aim and objectives
4. How the organisation, under his leadership will impact on the wider community
5. What in his personal or professional experience equips him for the mission ahead?
6. etc.
