Write text for a new website - property rental business

We are a new sister company to an established firm dealing property rentals. We have a unique slant in that we offer a guaranteed rental service. This is a niche service and I now need someone to write the text our website. all the info is in my head, so i need to find someone who i can communicate well with and get it into text format suitable for website. I havent built the website or have any framework so I need the individual to be able to suggest and build a suitable framework.
